- 500 grams of boneless chicken
- 1 tsp (teaspoon) of salt
- 2 tsp (teaspoon) of lemon juice
- 1 tsp (teaspoon) of ginger garlic paste
- 5 tsp of yogurt
- A pinch of turmeric powder (haldi)
- 5 tsp of Kashmiri chili powder
- ½ a tsp of dried fenugreek leaves (kasuri methi)
- A pinch of salt
- A pinch of red food coloring
- 2.5 tsp of cooking oil

Step 1: Set a glass bowl to put your chicken in, and put the lemon juice, salt, and ginger garlic paste. Mix them well and thoroughly. Set aside for 30 minutes after doing so.
Step 2: After 30 minutes have passed, put yogurt, Kashmiri chili powder, turmeric, kasuri methi, salt, red food coloring, and oil into a separate bowl. Mix all ingredients fully.
Step 3: Mix marinated chicken into the second bowl. Mix them well, and make sure the chicken is fully coated with the marinade.
Step 4: Pre-heat the Wonderchef OTG for 10-15 minutes.
Step 5: Grill the chicken for 40 minutes.
Step 6: Once grilled, serve the chicken tikka in appropriate cutlery. Serve the dish warm, and enjoy.
