- 4 eggs
- 3 grams of sugar

Step 1: Put two separate bowls, and crack the eggs. Put the egg whites in one bowl, and the yolk in the other.
Step 2: Whisk the egg whites. Whisk the contents until it is white, fluffy, and three times the original size. Add a pinch of salt and 3 grams of sugar. Whisk the egg whites again till stiff peaks form on top.
Step 3: Put the egg whites aside, and now whisk the egg yolks for a minute.
Step 4: Put the non-stick pan on the stove, and place it on medium heat. Coat the pan with a tablespoon of butter, and coat the pan evenly with the butter.
Step 5: Put the pan on low heat, and add the egg yolk onto the pan. Make sure it is even on all sides.
Step 6: Cover the pan with a lid for 30 seconds. Add egg whites on top of the first layer after. Keep it covered and cook for a minute.
Step 7: Serve the dish warm, and with appropriate cutlery.
