Coffee enthusiasts will always tell you that the cardinal rule they live by is to always grind your coffee fresh. We’ll get into the reasons in a bit but the main reason most didn’t even consider this was because of all the effort and money that goes into grinding your own coffee at home. How about if we had a machine that could do it all for us, Bean to Cup, that too at an affordable price? What would you say then?
The Wonderchef Regalia Bean to Cup Brew Coffee Maker finally makes this possible! You can now grind and brew the freshest cup all in one neat little machine.
Fresh vs Pre- Ground
There are multiple advantages to grinding your coffee daily. Once coffee is ground, it’s more susceptible to oxidation as it sits. Therefore the longer it sits, the more flavour it loses. Whole roasted coffee beans are also much easier to store and keep for longer than pre-ground coffee. Moisture is such a big issue in India that I guarantee you’ve had at least one pot of instant coffee cake up on you. Coffee beans stored in an airtight container will keep for much longer without as much damage. Finally, grinding your coffee fresh will release the best aroma and flavour. Your kitchen is going to smell heavenly when you run this machine. If you ask me, there’s nothing like the smell of freshly brewed coffee in the morning!
How to use
The Wonderchef Regalia Bean to Cup Brew Coffee Maker allows you to make the freshest, most intense cup of coffee right in the comfort of your own home. The coffee bug is big in India – we’ve got great Indian coffee beans and a robust culture of growing and drinking coffee – especially down south! Since we’re adding another step of grinding the beans, this does take longer than using coffee powder – 25 seconds longer to be precise! Yes! That’s right, all it takes is 25 seconds to perfectly grind the coffee in the Bean to Cup machine. An extra step that gives so much more than it takes! Once the coffee is ground, the machine automatically begins preparing the coffee. All you need to do is sit back, relax and breathe in the wonderful coffee aroma that slowly begins to perfume your kitchen. If you’ve only got pre-ground coffee on hand, you can also add that to the filter and make coffee. Simply select the coffee powder mode and brew as usual.
Cleaning
Anti spill technology and removable filters make cleaning a breeze! This machine has a unique non-spill design that will keep your kitchen stain-free! With an array of easily removable parts, you’ll be able to keep the entire machine looking as good as new for longer than you think! Cleaning is honestly such a breeze now! If you’re looking to repurpose your coffee grounds, might I suggest adding it to your potted plants? Coffee grounds aerate the soil and help plants retain more water. We’ve been using it to fertilise our roses for ages!
When it comes to coffee, a little extra effort goes a long way. Freshly brewed coffee is great on its own but you can also add your choice of creamer or milk to it. Brewed coffee is also great in dessert recipes as well.
