Step 1: Marinate the chicken, by mixing the chilly powder, turmeric powder, ginger garlic paste, cornflour, garam masala, yogurt, and salt and pepper. Mix them with the chicken fully, and set the mixed chicken aside for 15 minutes.:
Step 2: Set a Grilling Pan onto the stove. Add butter to the pan and spread the butter around fully.
Step 3: Put the chicken onto the pan and grill all the chunks. Grill them until they noticeably get grill marks onto each piece.
Step 4: Put a Fry Pan onto another stove top. Put some oil onto it, and then add sliced carrots and capsicum onto the pan immediately after. Saute the vegetables individually.
Step 5: Once sauteed, take the fried vegetables out, and add the egg to make scrambled egg on the frying pan.
Step 6: Butter each slice of bread. Layer the bread lightly with ketchup. Assort scrambled eggs, fried vegetables, and mayonnaise into two slices. Add another layer, with grilled chicken, fried vegetables, and a slice of cheese to make a three-slice sandwich. Do this another time all ingredients are used.
