An easy dish to make as breakfast or as a snack, Gheeye ke Cheele is healthy for you, and light and tasty to have. You can have a second, third, or even a fourth serving without any hesitation. Bottle gourd is a very healthy vegetable to have in your diet, and this recipe manages to incorporate them perfectly. A very simple dish to prepare, it is the perfect breakfast to make and have on a busy morning.

- ½ a cup bottle gourd (gheeya)
- 1 a cup gram flour (gram flour)
- Salt, as per taste
- 1 teaspoon chaat masala
- 1 teaspoon carom seeds (ajwain)
- 1 or 2 chopped green chilies
- 1 teaspoon red chili powder

Step 1: Load all the ingredients into a bowl.
Step 2: Add water very slowly to the bowl, and mix the bowl with a whisk while adding water.
Step 3: Check the batter for consistency. Make sure it is not too thick, or too runny either.
Step 4: Set the Wonderchef Dosa Tawa on the stove and light the stove. Grease the tawa with some oil or ghee once it gets warm enough.
Step 5: Add the batter onto the tawa after greasing it. Let it cook on one side.
Step 6: Flip the gheeya once bubbles start to form on top. Let it cook on the other side before taking it out.
Step 7: Once plated, serve it with the chutney or sauce of choice, and enjoy!
