- 1 cup of sugar powder
- 1 teaspoon of elaichi powder
- ¼ of a cup of ghee

Recipe, Step-by-Step:
Step 1: Set the Wok onto the stove, and add ghee to the Wok once the stove has been lit.
Step 2: After the ghee has heated up, add the coriander powder to the Wok. Stir the contents thoroughly, until there is no visible ghee, and the powder is fully mixed with the ghee.
Step 3: Add the elaichi powder to the wok. Mix the contents of the wok thoroughly.
Step 4: Add sugar powder immediately after mixing the elaichi powder, and mix the sugar with the rest of the powders thoroughly.
Step 5: After mixing the powder thoroughly, switch the stove off and let the mixture cool. Replace the contents of the Wok with the appropriate serving plate once cooled down. You can add nuts as necessary to the dish before serving.
