- 500 grams of chicken
- 2 big, thinly sliced onions
- Basil (tulsi) leaves
- ½ a tsp of dried thyme
- 3 big cloves of chopped garlic
- 3 inches of parmesan rind
- Kidney bean boil water
- 20 ml of White wine vinegar
- 300 grams of boiled kidney beans
- 250 grams of button mushroom cubes.
