Step 3: Combine a quarter cup of chopped onions and mushrooms with 1 can of cream of chicken soup and some sour cream. Pour this mixture over the pieces of chicken and place some buttery crackers on top of it. 

Step 4: Cover your chicken casserole dish with some foil and bake it at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.

You can sprinkle a mix of cheese, butter and bread crumbs on top of the crackers for a creamier dish.

Green bean casserole recipe

Step 1: Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.

Step 2: Mix a can of cream of mushroom soup with ¾ cup of milk and a pinch of ground pepper in a casserole dish. Next, stir in about 450 grams of fresh green beans and a cup of fried onions and allow this to bake for 30 minutes. 

Step 3: Remove the dish from the oven and top it with a few more fried onions and allow your green bean casserole to bake for another 5 minutes till the onions are slightly golden brown.

Vegetable casserole recipe

Step 1:Stir a can of cream of mushroom soup with a cup of Swiss cheese, â…” a cup of sour cream, a pinc h of black pepper, and 450 grams each of well-cooked and chopped broccoli, carrot, onion and cauliflower in a shallow casserole dish. 

Step 2: Bake your vegetable casserole for 20 minutes at 400 degrees until it starts to bubble a little. Remove the dish from the oven and stir the mixture. Top the mixture with about two cups of shredded cheese.

Step 3: Allow your veggie bake to sit in the oven for another 5 minutes until a golden crust forms. 

You can add smoked paprika, thyme, lentils and garlic for a Mediterranean twist.  

Tuna casserole recipe 

Step 1: In a large pot, bring some water to boil, and then add some egg noodles and 2 cups of frozen green peas. You can add other chopped vegetables of your choice as well. Stir the noodles until they are cooked well. Strain the water out of the pot.

Step 2: Take a large serving of cream of mushroom soup, 150 grams of tuna fish, chopped onions and some ground pepper for taste into the pot with the noodles. On a medium flame, stir the contents of the pot until it reaches a thick consistency. 

Step 3: Sprinkle some shredded cheese over your tuna casserole and cover it with a lid for a few minutes until the cheese has melted.

Egg casserole recipe

Step 1: Preheat the oven to 375 degrees and prep the dish with a coat of butter.

Step 2: In a skillet, saute 450 grams of sweet sausages, until they are a light brown and are cooked thoroughly. Break the sausages into small pieces and slowly add ½ a cup of chopped shallots with some minced garlic. Saute this mix for a few minutes, and then add some chopped parsley and sun-dried tomatoes. Stir this for a few more minutes. 

Step 3: Take the casserole dish and spread the sausage mix inside. In a separate skillet, whisk 3 large egg yolks with 5 large eggs. Add in a cup of whipping cream, 2 cups of grated cheese, and a bit of salt, and blend the mixture well. 

Step 4: Pour this mixture over the sausage mix in the casserole dish. Sprinkle more cheese and parsley on top to create a layer. Bake this egg casserole until you start to see the layer of cheese brown which usually takes about 30 minutes.
