- 250 Gm Patta Gobi / Cabbage washed and roughly chopped into chunks
- 100 Gm Gajar / Carrots peeled and cut into 3
- 1 piece Shigma Mirch / Green Capsicum 100-120 gm
- 1 piece deseeded cut in 4
- 10 piece French Beans washed and cut in 3
- 3 pieces Button Mushroom washed and chopped
- 2 tbsp Oil
- 1 tbsp Lehsun / Garlic Cloves finely chopped
- 1 tbsp Adrak / Ginger 15 gms ,finely chopped)
- 900 gm Vegetable Stock
- Green Chilli Paste optional, paste made with 2tsp water+2 green chillies
- 1/4 tsp Sugar
- 3 tsp Dark Soy Sauce
- 3 tbsp White Vinegar
- 1 tbsp Red Chilli Sauce
- White Pepper Powder a pinch
- Safed Namak / Table Salt to taste
- 2 tbsp Corn flour
- 1 tbsp Water for slurry
- 10 stalks Hara Dhaniya / Fresh Coriander washed and chopped fine
- 5 pieces Hara Pyaz / Spring Onion leaves only chopped fine
