- 100 Gm Gajar / Carrots peeled and cut into 3
- 1 piece Shigma Mirch / Green Capsicum 100-120 gm

- Green Chilli Paste optional, paste made with 2tsp water+2 green chillies
- 1/4 tsp Sugar
- 3 tsp Dark Soy Sauce
- 3 tbsp White Vinegar
- 1 tbsp Red Chilli Sauce
- White Pepper Powder a pinch
- Safed Namak / Table Salt to taste
- 2 tbsp Corn flour
- 1 tbsp Water for slurry
- 10 stalks Hara Dhaniya / Fresh Coriander washed and chopped fine
