Ingredients

  • 250 Gm Patta Gobi / Cabbage washed and roughly chopped into chunks
  • 100 Gm Gajar / Carrots peeled and cut into 3
  • 1 piece Shigma Mirch / Green Capsicum 100-120 gm
  • 1 piece deseeded cut in 4
  • 10 piece French Beans washed and cut in 3
  • 3 pieces Button Mushroom washed and chopped
  • 2 tbsp Oil
  • 1 tbsp Lehsun / Garlic Cloves finely chopped
  • 1 tbsp Adrak / Ginger 15 gms ,finely chopped)
  • 900 gm Vegetable Stock
  • Green Chilli Paste optional, paste made with 2tsp water+2 green chillies
  • 1/4 tsp Sugar
  • 3 tsp Dark Soy Sauce
  • 3 tbsp White Vinegar
  • 1 tbsp Red Chilli Sauce
  • White Pepper Powder a pinch
  • Safed Namak / Table Salt to taste
  • 2 tbsp Corn flour
  • 1 tbsp Water for slurry
  • 10 stalks Hara Dhaniya / Fresh Coriander washed and chopped fine
  • 5 pieces Hara Pyaz / Spring Onion leaves only chopped fine
