- 200 gm Chicken Breast thinly sliced into strips
- 4-5 cloves Lehsun / Garlic Cloves
- 4-5 nos Thai Birdeye Chillies
- 1.5 tbsp Oil
- 80 gm Onion 1 medium
- 450 gm Cooked white rice
- 1/2 bunch Hara Pyaz / Spring Onion
- 1 tbsp Safed Namak / Table Salt
- 1/2 tbsp Kali Mirch / Black Pepper Powder
- 2 tbsp Brown Sugar
- 4 Eggs use fried for serving
- 4.5 tbsp Kecap Manis or Sweet Soy Sauce
