Nasi Goreng

Nasi goreng is fried rice preparation originating in Indonesia with a distinct smoky aroma, and caramelized yet savoury undertones of flavor.

Ingredients

  • 200 gm Chicken Breast thinly sliced into strips
  • 4-5 cloves Lehsun / Garlic Cloves
  • 4-5 nos Thai Birdeye Chillies
  • 1.5 tbsp Oil
  • 80 gm Onion 1 medium
  • 450 gm Cooked white rice
  • 1/2 bunch Hara Pyaz / Spring Onion
  • 1 tbsp Safed Namak / Table Salt
  • 1/2 tbsp Kali Mirch / Black Pepper Powder
  • 2 tbsp Brown Sugar
  • 4 Eggs use fried for serving
  • 4.5 tbsp Kecap Manis or Sweet Soy Sauce
  • 1 tbsp Sambal Paste
