Ingredients
- 80 gm Tuvar / Arhar Dal - Yellow
- 40 gm Suran / Jimikand Cut in 1.5*4 cm batons
- 50 gm Safed Petha / Ashguard Cut in 1.5*4 cm batons
- 60 gm Yellow Pumpkin Cut in 1.5*4 cm batons
- 35 gm Carrots Cut in 1.5*4 cm long batons
- 110 gm Tomato Cut in 4 cm chunks
- 90 gm Drumsticks Cut in 1.5*4 cm long batons
- 40 gm Onion Cut in 4 cm thick slices
- 20 gm Gavar ki phali / Cluster Beans Cut in half
- 60 gm Raw Banana Cut in 1.5*4 cm batons
- 1500 ml Water
- 2 tsp Salt
- 1/2 tsp Turmeric Powder
- Tamarind Water Soak 1 lemon size in warm water for 15 min and use
- For Sambhar Masala Paste:-
- 2 tbsp Oil
- 1/2 tbsp Chana Dal - Yellow
- 50 gm Onion
- 1/2 tsp Methi Seeds
- 1 tsp Jeera Seeds
- 1 tsp Black Peppercorn
- 1/4 tsp Rai
- 1/4 tsp Hing
- 15 gm Coriander Seeds
- 1.5 tbsp Kashmiri Red Chilli Powder
- 120 gm Coconut grated (only white part)
- 8 Nos Kadi Patta / Leaves
- 100 ml Water
- For Tempering :
- 1.5 tbsp Oil 1.5 tbsp
- 5 nos Kadi Patta / Curry Leaves.
- 2 nos Whole Dry Red Chilli.
